Qualifications
Oberlin Choristers is a choral music education program for the children and youth in Northeast Ohio. Based in Oberlin, Ohio with rehearsal and performance locations in Lorain County, we offer season-long choirs, domestic and international touring opportunities, and community engagement programs. Choristers serves over 500 children annually. We are currently seeking an Artistic Director to oversee the artistic operations of the organization.
The Artistic Director provides overall artistic leadership and direction to the choirs, artistic mission and vision to the organization, serves as the immediate supervisor of all artistic personnel, and performs other duties as assigned.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in artistic administration, business, and/or related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in music or related field.
